I Can't Customize my theme!!!

  I posted about this before, but it seems I wasnt clear enough explaining my problem!
  I want to use the “Forever” theme, when I try to customize it (change colors, background, header….etc), a black side bar appears and it doesnt PRESS. When I click, nothing happens, nothing appears!!!

  PLZ tell me the solution for this, or the steps to follow to be able to customize freely like before.
