I can't delete a site

Help!
I had two sites, I want to delete them both. I think I deleted one of them, similar to the link below, but spelled out like this
“now gone”

http://andrealisettevilliere.wordpress.comI can click onto this “still active” page easy enough, and my name appears in the upper right corner. But, it takes me to the site I got rid of, the “now gone” page.
I want both of these sites closed, deleted, cancelled, gone.
How do I proceed? I can’t even find out how to log into THIS page.

To delete a free hosted WordPress.COM blog as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
This is all going to boil down to how many username accounts you have and exactly which one registered which blog. There is only one means of account recovery so please read on.

To delete a WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to Tools.

all I can log into is a page that says “my sites”
how do I get from this to Users – then to – Administrator?
I am stumped.

I had two blogs, and now I have only one. But if I go to the “still alive” blog and click on my name in the upper right corner. it takes me to a dashboard to the “now gone” blog and I can’t make any progress.
Help!!!

Login in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered http://andrealisettevilliere.wordpress.com/ navigate to
http://andrealisettevilliere.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=delete-blog and proceed to delete the blog. -
I got this message, and I don’t know what it means:

It’s deleted.
Oh Jeeez that was frustrating.
I had a different user name, but there was no way to check it.
It’s finally gone now. Uhhhg!
