Can’t delete blog
it’s not been completed successfully created. I want to delete it and recreate it.
Tools->Delete: no effect!

Deleted blog URLs cannot be recycled and reused by anyone again. Once deleted they are gone forever.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/You can delete the content and retain the URL and start fresh. If you do not have a lot of content you can easily delete all blog content by yourself rather than waiting for Staff to do it for you.

Thanks for the info, but the problem is that the blog is locked and will not let me do any operation.

I have run a report on this and the results show this to be a “broken” blog so I have flagged this thread for Staff intervention and assistance. Please be patient while waiting.
