  I can’t delete my account when I go to put in my password it won’t let me move on.

  I don’t see anything that would be impeding the account closure. Are you seeing any particular error message?
  If you’re typing the password correctly and nothing happens, try clearing your browser’s cache. You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:
