I can't delete my blog

I’d like to delete permanently my two blogs, but when I receive the link to confirm my decision, it opens the same page I’ve just filled! What can I do?

To delete a WordPress.COM hosted blog you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site.
What are the URLs of both sites?
Which username account(s) registered them?

Thank you all! Yes, I followed this process, Timethief… I can receive the mail with confirmation link, but when I click on it, it opens the same page I filled before! So I start again filling the same questionary, I receive an other link of confirmation, which opens again the same page! It’s an endless circle!
