I can’t delete my blog

  Hi,
  I have user and administrator password for my blog, I decide to delete it but I dont’t get the confirmation email.
  In other blogs, I come, but get the mail, but in innovaccolot.wordpress.com. no.
  Why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
