I can't delete my blogs

I am trying to delete my blogs. Some blogs show up in My Sites, but there is no option to go to WP Admin. Others have a red exclamation mark next to them, and I can’t remove them either. For one of my blogs it says I have to cancel my upgrades first, but there is nothing to cancel…I have a couple themes I purchased but they are a one time cost with nothing renewing…still, it keeps me in this loop so that I can’t delete my blog until I cancel these upgrades. Please tell me how I can cancel these. Thank you.

Are you referring to a site or sites that are not hosted by wordpress.COM?
If the answer is yes, this is wordpress.COM support and Staff help for removal form your wordpress.com account has not been required for about a year.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. re: deleting sites
To delete a WordPress.COM hosted blog you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site. The guide is here http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

Provided you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the site, to change blog visibility to Private go to > Dashboard > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3. What are the URLs of the sites with premium themes?
