I cant drag and drop widgets, cant do a quick edit?

  and there is an error on page on the bottom left hand of my IE browser
  i tried different browser and i cannot figure out what is wrong?

  can anyone help?
  i was dragging widgets just fine yesterday

  Have you set up screen options on the top right hand corner of your Admin page?
