I can’t edit

I haven’t updated any pages in a while, but now I can’t seem to edit anything. I have the Business or something like that package. Please help!

Could you describe what happens when you attempt to edit a page, or edit something else?
If you have the Business plan, or even the lower priced Premium plan, then you have access to Live Chat support. That service might be more expeditious and convenient for you, although you’re welcome to use the community forums whenever you like.

I know I have the online chat thing, but I can’t get to it. When I go to my wordpress page, it tries to load my websites up in the left corner but it just keeps blinking. So I go to ‘pages’ and I can see my pages but when I go to the three dots to edit the page, there’s no edit button. I also can’t access the left hand side column that always has all the stuff in it, including Jetpack. When I click on the question mark for help in the lower left, it just says to go to the forums, there’s no option for online chat.
Also, when I went to my other page http://www.BigAlsPressureWashing.com, and clicked on the WordPress logo in the upper left, it brought me back to that page with my http://www.butyoudidntsaygoodbye.com but didn’t show anything for the Big Al’s website.
So I have no idea what’s going on or when it started. I haven’t updated the site since last June and discovered all this yesterday when trying to edit my page.

I think you might be logged into the wrong WordPress.com user account.
Both sites you mentioned are owned by a different WordPress.com user account. You can see butyoudidntsaygoodbye.com in your dashboard because the account you’re logged into currently was added as a Subscriber around a week ago. Subscribers don’t have access to create, edit, or publish content which is why you’re having trouble.
The site itself has some monthly recurring charges and the Business subscription renewed back in December, so check your other email accounts for those receipts and note the email address those receipts were sent to: that’s the account you need to log into in order to manage your site.
If you don’t have those receipts and you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as
