I cant edit my blog name , and its settings is weird , its vertical

Hi , i cant change my blog name , when i reach my dashboard by clicking it on the left , i click my blog , then i come down to the centre of the whole page , i see the options i have , i just cant find change my blog address , and besides that , my blog name is all vertical on the centre of the page , i have no idea how i should call it but it is just so . is it because i have not verified my account ? i think i did already , can you all please help me check the problem and reply to me asap ? please thanks in advance !
