I can't edit my Domain

I cant seem to click the edit button, please help…

I am moving over to wordpress.org so that I can install the customised theme but I have already bought the domain with wordpress.
I am now trying to figure out how i can point my domain to my new host with wordpress.org. I read some forum, and it says that i can manage my domain by clicking the edit button right beside my domain, and point my domain to the new host.
In this case, I cant seem to click the edit button. -
I have read these links, and it says, to change name servers i have to go

and click the “Edit” button.
But when i click mine, it does not bring me to anywhere. It is not a functioning button. -
Are you logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
