I Can’t edit my post titles from ‘paragraph’ to ‘headings’

    I am unable to edit my post titles from ‘paragraph’ to ‘H1 or H2 or H3…..’ inside the WordPress editor. I just observed recently that I can’t make that happen. Please how do I fix that?

    Hi there,
    Are you sure your website is hosted in WordPress.com?
    If your website is using the open source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) which is hosted elsewhere rather than WordPress.com staff are limited to access the files to suggest help. Please know more here about the differences https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    However, you can ask the WordPress.org community where you’ll find more experts on open source software for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

    Hi there,

    It’s not possible to add/change the ‘type’ of post titles in the editor.

    Post titles are automatically rendered as h1 headings in the HTML the WordPress software generates for your site, and how those headings are styled is controlled by your theme. So you don’t need to do anything extra to turn the titles into headings.
