I cant edit my site

Whenever I click ‘My site’ in the top left corner, nothing happens, therefore I cannot edit or even view my dashboard. Please advise.
I was also hoping to chat with someone live and cannot find where to do that. Please send a link.

This looks like an issue with your browser, can you please try the following things?
– Clear your browser’s cache
– Force refresh the page
– Log-out from your WordPress.com account and log-in again.

When I go to the page (thememorabletrek.blog) through a browser, it says the page has been suspended. And now when I go to WordPress.com it seems as though there is no website at all. I have a profile but WordPress is asking me to pay to build a website all over again. Even though I already paid $200 for this one back in March.

When I try visiting thememorabletrek.blog I also see the account suspended note. You’ll need to contact BlueHost about that. The domain isn’t pointed to WordPress.com.
