I can’t edit my site

    Hello.
    I change the theme for my site and I don’t know why but the content that was in my previous website version is not on my dashboard and what is on my dashboard is not on my live site. I can’t edit anything and don’t know how to get it back in the way how it was.
    The backup plugin that I had with all my website backups after the theme changes got deactivated and there are no website backups.
    All my plugins got deactivated and all the information and content I had is gone.
