I can’t edit my site

    I can’t follow account recovery procedure. Every time I enter my transaction receipt, I need to enter more information I don’t know how to access. I’ve had my website transferred from Google. I can access my site–it’s public. But I can’t access my dashboard to edit anything. I keep getting a screen that says ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.’ But when I type in my URL, I get a message that my domain is already mapped to a WordPress.com site but I can’t get in. I have submitted this question at least 3 times to the forums and have not received an answer except to log out and log in. I’ve tried that. I’ve changed the password. Nothing works.
