I can’t edit page content, urgent!

    Hello!

    I’m writing in today regarding an issue with editing my pages. My page builder will not allow me to drop down a very important module within the page content editor, created originally as a a field group. Is this a caching issue? I’ve cleared the cache, re-developed pages, and went through all settings and it still won’t show.

    Please help.

  • Hi Breanna, can you clarify which website you’re struggling with, and share the error you’re getting?

    Issue #1

    I can’t see the video that I’m attaching in the page builder. There seems to be space empty for the media content but the video isn’t showing.

    I should be able to click the “leadership team” drop down and edit the content but I can’t. All of the other drop downs work just fine.

    We host with WPENGINE.

    Hopefully you have some insight.

    Thanks for that. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited to what we can help with and advise. But I can point you in the right direction.

    I would first contact the support team for the page builder you’re using in case there’s a bug in their software preventing you from doing this.

    Otherwise, you should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem.

    We’re using Advanced Custom Fields. Does anyone know if this has been buggy in the past? It seems a couple of the sites I’ve been in charge of developing have run into issues when this has been implemented.

  • Hi there, Advanced Custom Fields is a third-party product that we don’t have control over, so we’re unaware of any issues with it.
