I can't edit pages in the visual mode

  When I click on the vidual button – it does nothing – I have to use the text mode- which I find too difficult to use, I think this is happening because have an old browser and I cant update it because I cant afford a new computer.

  Also I cant access much of wordpress’s site – I have had to use an internet cafe to access this help here.

  Can you help me edit in the visual mode on my computer?

  It does sound as though this is related to your browser. Would it be possible for you to update the browser on your computer? We have a link to the latest versions of popular browsers here:

  Additionally, can you let me know if this is an issue for you in both the classic and the new editor? To test, you can access the new editor directly here:

  I have finally managed to update my browser. Its called TenFourFoxIntel. It works fine. Thanks for your help.
