I can't enable private registration

    I can’t enable private registration. I wanted to transfer my domain and turned it off, then learnt that I have to wait 60 days before transfer, so tried to turn it back on and it didn’t work. Have tried to refresh page, still doesn’t work.

    Hi there,

    I believe you’re referring to the domain kristinepfefferphotography.com. Is that correct? If so, it looks like you still need to verify your email address for that domain per the instructions here:

    Register a New Domain

    I just went ahead and resent the verification email. Can you let me know once you’ve verified your email address? Then, I will be able to re-add the private registration.
