    You poorly written instructions say to go to my upgrades to cancel automatic renewals for domain name registrations. It not there. so you go to cancel the domain registration, because you don’t want automatic renewals and you are told to once again go to my upgrades to cancel the domain. When you get there the domain is not listed and you are given this text”You can use the “Cancel” button on My Upgrades if available or Contact support if you want to request a refund.”

    Which sends you back here in an endless loop of no help. This is highly unethical at best.

    Why not ask if automatic renewals are ok at the time of purchase?

    Tactics like these get class action lawsuits filed against companies.

    It should not be hard to opt out of automatic renewals.
