I can’t enter to admin my site

    Dears,
    I asked somebody to design a website to me in domain (Iraq-building) and he get the money for that and gave me a receipt to prove that.
    He refused for 15 day to gave me the site control panel to admin it, and he enforced us to be the admin.
    The name of this gay is Mohammed Shaker, I think he interfered in my site, so I can’t feed it any more.
    I hope to tell me what’s the problem and fix it as soon as possible.

    We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

    Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Let us know this information and we’ll try and move forward. :)

    Hi oshanairaq,

    There are no sites connected to the account you are logged in to which suggests it may not be hosted on WordPress.com. As @torres126 mentioned, it may have been created with self hosted WordPress.org software. If that is the case, please contact your hosting provider for help you are no longer able to login. The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post for help if you have more questions about speaking to them.

    If you send a link to your site, we’ll be happy to check where it is hosted and point you in the right direction for support.
