  Hi, I have a big problem, I’m the owner of http://www.octavarenaca.cl but I don’t know why I can’t enter to edit the web page, I always used wordpress to edit my page.

  can you help me??

  I always used tis link to admin my account, using “octava” like user name and “[redacted]” like a password

  The site octavarenaca.cl is not hosted at WordPress.com, but is instead hosted on another provider using the software available at WordPress.org. That means we at WordPress.com do not have any access to your site and cannot assist you in regaining access to it.
