I can’t export my blog content and I’ve lost the owned account of this blog

My blog has been suspended and i want to export my blog content, but it always says that there has an error. And I have two account, one to create this blog, and the account I’m using right now. Because I have 2 blog, but 2 accounts to administer them so I used the creator account of this blog and added this account, making it easier to manage them. But now, I’ve forgotten that creator account and now, I can’t claim my blog back. What can I do in this case?
