I can’t export my content

Whenever I try to export my blog content, I get an error message telling me to check my connection and try again. My connection is fine. How do I fix this and export my content?

I just did a test export from jacksonwagnercreations.wordpress.com and didn’t see any connection errors while generating or downloading the .xml file.
Please try connecting to a different network (home, work, friend) to see if that helps. A temporarily unstable or slow connection could cause issues with the export — which is what the error message points to.
Let’s rule that out first.
