I can’t export my data fully.

    When I try to export all my data, download process finished. But a downloaded file is not fully downloaded. A file name appears ‘Unconfirmed 575492.crdownload’. How to download fully?

    Are these the instructions you’re following to export your WordPress.com content? https://wordpress.com/support/export/

    Have you tried using a different browser?

    If you are still having an issue with this, post back here and let us know what browser and OS you’re using.

    Hi there,

    I second the suggestion to try a different browser.

    It sounds like the download itself might be timing out on your end, and that’s not something we have any control over. We control generating the file, but how the download happens depends on your browser and internet connection.
