    The message says: There was a problem preparing your export file. I have internet connection.

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    Looking at your site’s logs, it looks like you were able to successfully download your export for the site site814344143.wordpress.com within the past half hour.

    If you’re still having trouble, refresh your page and try a new export and if that problem pops up again let us know and we’ll look into this for you.
