I can't export the site

  Hi! I’m Zoo_Lee, writer at hungarian horror blog Cinegore. Recently, we started thinking about renting a domain and using a full WordPress deploy on it (I have plenty of experience working with the deploy, using different themes, widgets, plugins), but when I’ve tried to get a backup of the site, using the free Export – XML tool, no matter what I do, I can’t download the export file, my browser always takes me to the file not found error. I’ve tried to do this on two different computers, with three different browsers, but no, I can’t get a backup of the site. Please help!
