I can’t figure out hj how to use this.

I am using the app, but it keeps asking if I want to open in the app instead. I am not smart enough to figure out how to do anything. I need to edit a post, yet the edit button always takes me somewhere else. In addition, I can’t figure out how to do themes, settings, or anything else; it keeps redirecting me. What is the IQ level required to use this ? I really wish that I was smart enough. Is there anything available teach me how to use it?
