I can’t figure out how to log into my non primary website

For some reason WordPress only shows my primary website. I can go to my other website but, can’t figure out how to get to the dashboard for it in order to post something new.

Jetpack: No

When I go directly to my second website, it says I am logged in. But, when I go to the dashboard, it only shows my primary website that I share with my husband. When I try to add the second site, it says I can’t because it is a free site…..

Can you confirm if lanigettinghealthy.wordpress.com is the correct URL for the second site?
The two sites are under different accounts. If you log out of the account that https://richterlife.wordpress.com/ is under, you can then log into the other account.
Here is how you can transfer a site between accounts if you would like them to be under the same account:
