I can’t figure out how to pay for domain mapping credits

  I know that I’m supposed to be paying $10 for 10 credits so I can use the domain mapping tool. But, when I go to “Upgrades” then click on “Domains” and then plug in my new domain it doesnt give me the option to buy credits. I’ve searched through my dashboard and homepage and I’m assuming I’m being retarded, but I can only find the spot where I can buy CSS and Space Upgrades…can someone point me in the right direction please?

  Are you certain the domain is available? When I did it last year, when I entered a domain that was taken it didn’t tell me so. It just did nothing. I then checked on availability first.

  I am positive that I own the domain already, it seems that the guy that posted on the link above is having the same problem. I’m assuming its disabled for the time being…

  Anybody have additional feedback on this?

  I am having the same problem. I own the domain, the host has pointed the server to wordpress.com 2 days ago and it is still not recognising this. I am really stressing because my site HAS to go up this week.

  I tried contacting support (from the link on the top right of the dashboad) but all it does is prompt me to ask a question to the FAQs (which I have been through).

  I’m not having the support problem, I’m having a problem finding the screen where I can buy domain mapping credits so I can do the upgrade.

  I KNOW WHERE TO SET UP DOMAIN MAPPING Settings>Domains

  When I plug in the domain (which I own) it takes me to to a problem screen and tells me that I dont have any credits but I need 10 in order to complete the upgrade. Thats great, I understand that, but where the hell do I buy them???? It should be a simple click of a link that will take me to paypal…but I can’t find it…

  I GOT IT!!! I changed the nameservers over but it wasnt processing…it worked now!
