    I can’t find “Allow Featured Images to scroll in the background on large screens” . I wanna disabling it.

    Hi there

    That setting is found in the Customizer. To find it go to My Sites > Customize > Theme Options > General and uncheck the box next to Allow Featured Images to scroll in the background on large screens.
