I can’t find applying Logos function

  I’m building a website, this is the fourth one I’ve done with WordPress, but I can’t find the options to apply logos, and some of the image functions are not really working.

  The Appearance menu is not linked, and going via the Editor gives tips in italic without actually indicating how to use that portion of the editor.

  For themes that utilize the full site editor, rather than go to Apperance > Customize, you can add your logo using the site logo block:
