  I cannot find my site http://www.kentandcrosby.com I need to move it to another provider and you do not offer chat support either…

  This forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM and not elsewhere.

  I would suggest you to contact the support team of the company from which you registered your domain if you want it to be moved to some other provider/registrar.
