I can't find Convert Kit as an option in Plugins
-
I would like to use Convertkit to create an email list but I can’t find them on the list of plugins. Am I missing something? (I see Mailchimp and other options, just not Convertkit). I watched numerous videos on YOUTUBE that showed a simple click option – but don’t see that. Thanks for any help.

Hi there, When searching in the Plugins tab on the dashboard, I find Convertkit (temp screenshot) but it requires the Business plan upgrade in order to activate that plugin here on a WordPressdotcom site. You can read more about this at https://en.support.wordpress.com/business-plan/
Let us know if you have any other question about this.
Also, if you have any kind of upgrade plan, you are eligible for direct support by LiveChat and/or email when you post at https://wordpress.com/help/contact

Thank you. I knew I’d need to upgrade to get the option, but didn’t realize I needed to upgrade to find it as an option (I did see many others). I’ll work on that now. Thanks! Eileen

Hm, that’d be odd if you couldn’t find it, since the point is to let people know that the plugin they’d want to use is available. Let me check one other thing.
OK, it took a couple of times, but Convertkit did come up in a search on a completely free and unassociated account, but it is oneword. :)

Did you type it as oneword i.e. convertkit
If you are still not finding it searching for it that way, the best thing to do would be to start a chat with Support at https://wordpress.com/help/contact
