i cant find download button on my dashboard

    hello, im trying to install a download manager plugin, and i learnt i have to click on the downloads button on the dashboard to access the plugin but i cant find a downloads button on my dashboard.

    i have tried installing 3 different download manager plugins, but they all failed to install. Then surprisingly wen i checked my media library i found the zip file of the plugin i tired installing there.

    how can i get by downloads button to show on my dashboard?
    Can anyone help me please.
