I can’t find how to change the footer color in theme HEW

  For some reason, the widgets functionally isn’t working (just showing blank), and I can’t find how to edit my footer colors – I want background to be black, and text to be white. Help anyone?

  See in the attached screenshot that nothing appears when I try to edit widgets.
