I Can't Find How To Manage the Way My Blog Displays Posts
-
Right now, my blog displays posts all on the same page, in reverse order of posting, and you can scroll from the most recent all the way to the oldest. I do not want it to display this way. Many of my friends have their blogs set up so that each post is on ONE page, and there are links to newer and older posts taking them to those pages. How do I do that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there,
Posts are defaulted to appear in reverse chronological order on WordPress.com. Pages are static, and are not listed by date. It’s important to understand the difference between them. It’s possible that your friends have written a singe item on a page, then linked other items to that page (or pages).
Please read the support document and come back if you have questions.
Cheers!

On the dashboard, go into “settings” then “reading” then look for the line that says “Display at most ____ posts.” Change the number to 1 and hit save.

Okay, thanks for the feedback, but apparently I was not clear enough about what I wanted. I understand the difference between posts and pages on WordPress, but the default view is NOT the way I want my blog to read. Some of my friends have blogs set up to look like this:
<–Hyprlinked name of previous post Hyprlinked name of next post–>
This Post
Body text of this post Widgets and such here
How can I do THAT?
