I CAN'T FIND HOW TO UPLOAD AN IMAGE

  I can realize that WordPress has changed the options to upload images (media gallery) and that the free version, can’t upload videos…
  Anyway, can someone help me to do this?

  WordPress.com might have changed the icon in the My Site/Calypso dashboard but they haven’t changed the method of uploading images. You still head to “Posts” “Add” and click on the “Insert content” button (the + in a circle) on the left next to “paragraph”.

  True you can’t upload your own videos without an upgraded plan but you can still link to YouTube etc videos in the free plan.

  Thank you for your response.
  The way you tell me is when you are in a page or post.
  But, I used to upload an image, through “media gallery” and after this, it was available to insert in a page, widget or something.
  I can’t find this option…

  What I told you above DOES give you access to the Media Library in the new My Site/Calypso dashboard.

  The old wp-admin dashboard is still there if you prefer though:-
