I can’t find my billing and my website is not displayed

I can’t find my billing and my website is not displayed. I’ve purchased a website with the e-commerce option. Then, I received a billing and I was charged. I’ve already paid to have the domain http://www.comeonidiomasetraducoes.com or http://www.comeonidiomasetraducoes.wordpress.com, but all of a sudden, a message is displayed on the browser that I don’t own this domain. How come! I’d already created the website and paid for that! If I don’t get access to the domain and to the website, I’ll contact my lawyer.

I don’t think you need a lawyer. The domain appears to be currently suspended as it has not been verified. With an upgraded plan you’re able to contact staff via email and Livechat if you’re logged in to the correct account. This thread has been tagged for staff assistance.

  • Hi there,

but all of a sudden, a message is displayed on the browser that I don’t own this domain. How come!

It is because you are logged into the wrong WordPress.com account. You will need to log into the account that you used to pay for your plan and upgrades in order to have access to those subscriptions. Do you remember the login credentials for that account?

  • Also, as @themagicrobot mentioned, your domain was suspended because the email that we sent you to verify the domain was not ever verified. I just resent the verification email and once you open the email and click the verification link, the suspension will be lifted automatically. Sometimes it takes an hour or so to receive the email, but let me know if you do not see receive it within the next few hours. To clarify, it was sent to the email connected to the upgrades you purchased, not the email that is connected to the account you are contacting us from.

    Thanks,
