I can't find my blog.
-
I started a blog called treesarelistening but it doesn’t come up. Yet when I try to set it up again, I’m told it doesn’t exist.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
It’s here http://treesarelistening.wordpress.com/ and the Admin login link is http://treesarelistening.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

Thank you for trying to help me. When I go to http://treesarelistening.wordpress.com/ I get
treesarelistening
Nothing Found
It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help.
Do I need to get there from a different email address?

That is the front page error message that appears on every WordPress.COM blog before you publish a post.
By default the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post not a page the error message will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
For creating a post see here http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/#publish-a-new-post
For creating a page see here
http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/#create-a-new-pageFor editing see:

http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/On the bottom of your Admin page you will find a link to the step by step Learn WordPress.com blogging Tutorial prepared by Staff. http://learn.wordpress.com/
See also the “Video Quick Start” tutorial http://en.support.wordpress.com/video-quick-start/
The support documentation is all found at the Support link http://en.support.wordpress.com which is also on the bottom of your Admin page.

Do you mean the username or the blog? They’re separate things. Which do you want to change?
-
I want to post to a blog called treesarelistening but even clicking on that page (where nothing yet had been posted) and posting there (which I thought would solve things, it looks like the post will go to grandmasmiles

Here’s the problem.
“User grandmasmiles Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
You are logged in as “grandmasmiles” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “treesarelistening”. If you are not “grandmasmiles”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “grandmasmiles” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.
[I am both. I just can’t figure what to do to reach treesarelistening without ending up being grandsmiles. If you reached this screen by accident and meant to visit one your own sites, here are some shortcuts to help you find your way.

Hi grandmasmiles,
Let me jump in here and clarify this real quick. You have two WordPress.com accounts and at the moment. You are logged into grandmasmiles and you want to login to treesarelistening. Here’s what you need to do:
1) Go to the top right hand corner of your WordPress.com screen, hover over your username and click Sign Out.2) Go to http://treesarelistening.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ and login with treesarelistening and whatever password you use for that account. (If you can’t remember the password for that account you can always reset it!)
Does that make sense? Basically, you need to LOGOUT as grandmasmiles before you can LOGIN as the user treesarelistening.
