I can’t find my blog
-
Hi — My blog seems to have disappeared. Did I miss a payment? I’m eager to retrieve it — it has been a few years since I posted, I realize. I am hoping I can start up again. My blog was Amy in the Garden. Thanks so much. Amy

Please provide us with the URL of the website you’re referring to so that we can point you in the right direction.
Thank You! :)

Did you fail to renew the domain amyinthegarden.com ? This thread is tagged for staff support.

Hi there,
When I check on our end, I do not see any upgrades under your @amy1802181 WordPress.com account. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that amyinthegarden.com is registered at WordPress.com but under a different account, not your @amy1802181 login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account, you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery.
On that form, you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. This is the fastest way to verify we are speaking to the proper owner of the upgrade, so please take the time to read this info on how proof of a past transaction: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id.
Thanks!

Hi — I think both ideas are possible — I originally started the blog under a different email. That email is now obsolete and I tried mightily to switch my log-in. And also very possible that I failed to renew the domain name.
How do I figure out what the problem is, so that I can retrieve the blog and keep going?

Since the website and domain are associated with a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re logged into, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise.
Since there will be transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXYou can use the charge from August 2021 for this purpose.
You can read more about what the account recovery process entails here:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
I hope that clarifies things!
