I can't find my blog

Hi everyone. I recently signed up for a wordpress blog. Two days ago I finally filled it with content, added some pages, did the about page, posted pdfs and screenshots and so on.
Because I wasn’t sure if the posts would go live immediately as soon as I clicked the publish button (I was editing it as I went along and only want to publish the whole thing when everything is in order), I changed the setting for each new pages I completed to ‘private’. And this content now seems to have vanished. The blog that is listed under this username is empty, except for the title.
Is there any way to find the content that I wrote? I saved everything, viewed the individual pages every once in a while and it all looked fine. Except that now it’s gone.
I admit that I am now seriously confused about what I did wrong. Can anyone help me???

Well, the only blog title I was offered when I created this topic is annemariekrusearbeitsproben.wordpress.com which is listed as deleted when I typed this address into my browser. This blog name was the first name I chose and then discarded after I initially signed up on WordPress. And it is hosted as wordpress.com.

Ok, I have just checked my dashboard again (the blog that I filled with content is alkruseprojects.wordpress.com) and on the bottom right hand side, under ‘Stats’ the three pages that I wrote are listed under ‘top posts’. So the text is there but it not visible on my blog.

I clicked on each of the posts, then on ‘edit’ and then I changed the visibility to ‘public’. However, the pages still do not appear when I click on my general blog address. Please help!!!
