i can’t find my blog online even when i search with my site address. why is this?

  when i enter my blog address, it doesn’t come p in a web search. It doesn’t come up if I search by my blog’s name, either. Why is this? How can friends and family find my blog?

  WordPress.com automatically sends notifications to Google with every post and page update. The search engines can take 4-6 weeks or more to add any new sites.
