I Cant Find My Dashboard Panel

  I am Login into as http://www.domain.com/wp-admin
  Its Show User Name Password Page, After Entering User Name Password I Logged into my Website Page.
  at the Top of The Page a Bar is Appeared in Which WordPress Logo And User Picture and Logout Ooption is Showing But I Cant Find My Dashboard Navigation Panel so that i can changed & Modify My Website.
  Can Anyone Please Help Me In This?

  You sound to have a self-hosted WordPress website. Please share the link to the website you want help with.

  I hope you know that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different platforms.
