I can't find my indent text button

  Sounds stupid, but I can’t find my indent text button in the post editing toolbar. The quote button I have. The indent button just is not there.

  It is button #10 on the lower row of icons.

  But that icon has vanished. It’s what I normally use. I seem to remember this from a long way back and can’t remember how to get it back.
