  When I look at my account I have 2 email addresses. (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff) . I only use the (email visible only to moderators and staff) for facebook. I’m not trying to worry anybody but I have tried for hours and hours to login to my site. I tried to change my password like it said but I can’t even get an email .

  Have a look for a transaction ID for the recent purchase as explained here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/
