I can't find my wordpress websites

  I am trying to find my wordpress websites. I hired other people to develop them now I have no access to them. I even purchased plug ins to add features but I forgot the passwords.

  My last email from wordpress for one of the sites was on 10/24/14: It said someone tried to change the password. I am trying to get the site back up and running. I think the code should already be on wordpress but I don’t know password. And my email connects to my other sites. What can I do?
