I can't find one of my websites…

  I have had an account for this website for a year. http://www.bluejay.photography is the site. I can see it on my app on my phone, but I can’t obtain the dashboard. On the laptop though it’s completely gone from the my sites page on WordPress home. The site itself is still up though…please help. Also the password is not found. It’s under the username: (email visible only to moderators and staff) – that is also coming up as not found when looking for password.
