I cant find one of the pages that I manage.

https://fatmazkitchen.wordpress.com/about/ < I manage this page, and wanted to delete it. I guess I deleted it from my dashboard and I thought this would delete the entire page as a whole. It still exists somewhere and I was wondering if you can help me locate it or just plain delete it.

The only way to delete a site is to initiate deletion from the user account that originally set up and registered the site. You will need be logged in to the associated account, then you can follow the steps outlined here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/It will take a few weeks for your site to fall out of search engines once you delete it. You can request for it to be removed. Read these support docs for help with that:

The problem is it is not showing up as one of the sites that I manage anymore so I don’t have any options to do anything.

You can try to gain access to the account that created fatmazkitchen.wordpress.com through Account Recovery.
