I can't find site to log in nor can I find site to design my blog

  I just registered with WordPress (I think….very confusing) and now I want to design by blog site. I followed your instructions to go to wordpress.com to log in, but there is no place to log in that I can see.

  How do I go to a site where I can design my blog?
