I can't find 'Site Visivility'

  When I get to reading on dashboard to see ‘Site visivility’ section like that: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  Can anybody help me? Please….T.T

  That is a WordPress.ORG install – the Visibility option is for WordPress.COM blogs – I would imagine that there is some sort of a Plug-in that will give the Visibility option – but you will need to ask for help over at WordPress.ORG
